We understand when evaluating your health concerns its important to get to know you. On this visit we will take a thorough health history and let your body do the talking with a number of objective tests of your spine and nervous system.
For your first visit, please allow approximately 45 minutes for your appointment which includes initial paper work.

Getting to Thrive Chiropractic at 30 Horne Street, Elsternwick is easy, whether you’re coming from Brighton, Elwood, or Caulfield.
If you’re driving, it’s a quick 5–10 minute trip with street parking available nearby. From Brighton or Elwood, head north via St Kilda Street or Brighton Road, then turn onto Glen Huntly Road. From Caulfield, take Kooyong Road south. Public transport is also convenient—Elsternwick Station (train and tram) is just a short walk from the clinic, and several bus and tram routes run nearby. Walking or cycling is also an option if you’re local, with safe footpaths and bike-friendly streets leading directly to our door.
